Effective October 16, 2025, requests for building permits must be presented to the Town Board prior to applying to the Building Inspector for a permit. In accordance with Ordinance 2025-03 (“Building Permit Requirements”), the Applicant must obtain AUTHORIZATION FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR TO ISSUE BUILDING PERMIT (the application for which is attached to the Ordinance and on the “permit” page). Building Permit Fees are provided in Resolution 2025-01.
